3. Condition and Accessibility – Jobs that are more complex (tight spaces, heavy items, stairs, or hazardous conditions) may take additional time or effort.
4. Type of Service – Each service (junk removal, hoarding cleanup, landscaping, painting, etc.) has different costs based on materials, disposal fees, and labor.
